Reservation Flow

2. We confirm shrine availability and reserve together with costume arrangement.
3. Deposit of ¥200,000 (via PayPal or bank transfer).
4. Guest list preparation.
5. Online meeting via Zoom.
6. Final payment one month before ceremony.
7. Kimono fitting after arrival in Japan (until the day before ceremony).
8. Meet at the shrine → Ceremony & wedding photos.

Cancellation Policy

• From application until 181 days before ceremony: deposit retained.
• 180 to 31 days before ceremony: 50% of total estimated fee.
• 30 days before ceremony until ceremony day: 100% of total estimated fee.
